About the Exhibition
The eleven works in the 19th annual Art on the Streets exhibit were drawn from a total of 79 proposals from 53 artists worldwide, including 35 Colorado-based artists. Jurors Joy Armstrong (CS Fine Arts Center at Colorado College) and Tim Vacca (Museum of Outdoor Art, Denver) used artistic merit as the primary criterion for selection, though place-making and social impact were also considered.
The exhibit will be on display through May 2018 throughout the Downtown Creative District.
